Kumarakom is a village set on backdrop of Vembanad Lake, in the backwaters of Kerala. It’s filled with natural pulchritude and ambience which is matchless in every sense.

After a delectable breakfast at the hotel, we shall take you to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Immerse into the natural beauty as you see all colours of birds painted with painstakingly work by God himself!
Our next stop is St. Mary’s Church. Built in 1579 by Thekkumkoor Maharajah. The architecture is a perfect blend of Kerala and Portuguese style –you will be amazed by seeing at the – magnificent basallica theme, beautiful murals and the Golthic paintings!
The next stop is Bay Island Drift Museum. It showcases a large collection of superior driftwood articles – unique in their own sense.
After exploring a this beautiful portion of Kumarakom; we shall take you to the Pride of Kerala – Kettuvallam Houseboat! These are well equipped with air – conditioned rooms, dining hall, toilets, kitchen and a small balcony at the entrance to enjoy the scenic beauty as the Sun sets in! ).
In the afternoon, your lunch will be arranged on the houseboat. You will be served with freshwater fish and other South Indian delicacies on board. You can even learn and watch as these cook preparing dishes for you.
Later in the evening after a cup of hot south Indian filter coffee on – board, we will take you back to the hotel for overnight stay and dinner. If wish to stay the night in houseboat will have to talk to our representatives to help us make appropriate arrangements.
Next morning we will take you back to the airport for your departure.
