Day 1: Arrival at Ivalo – Saariselka

Welcome to Finnish Lapland! Arrival at Ivalo airport. Transfer to Saariselka with assistance from the Target Tours India team. Hotel check-in. In the evening, experience the Northern Lights chase with reindeer sledding — a sleigh ride through the dark and silent forest in search of the auroras. Overnight in Saariselka.

Day 2: Saariselka – Snowmobiling & Glass Igloo

Breakfast. Head out on a snowmobile safari through the forest trails around Lapland. Our expert guide will brief you on safety and driving before you hit the trails, with stops along the way to admire the wintry scenery. Later, transfer to your glass igloo — sleep under the stars in the warmth of a private glass-roofed room. One dinner is included during the igloo stay.

Day 3: Saariselka – Rovaniemi

Breakfast. Private transfer from Saariselka to Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus. In the evening, another Aurora tour by minivan — you will be picked up by an experienced local wilderness guide with extensive knowledge of Lapland and the Northern Lights, and driven far from the city’s light pollution to hunt for the auroras. Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 4: Rovaniemi – Santa Claus Village

Breakfast. Visit Santa Claus Village in a small group — meet Santa himself, tell him your wishes, visit Santa’s post office where the elves work year-round, and send a postcard home. Cross the Arctic Circle line and take your photos. Optional Husky Safari can be added. Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 5: Departure

Breakfast and check-out. Airport transfer with assistance from the Target Tours India team, and board your onward flight. End of our services.
