Day 1: Arrival in Vienna

Welcome to Austria. On arrival at Vienna International Airport, meet the Target Tours India team and transfer by private vehicle to your hotel in Vienna. Check-in with our assistance. In the late afternoon, stroll through Vienna’s historic centre, visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral, and explore Graben and Kohlmarkt — the capital’s luxury shopping streets. In the evening, enjoy a premium dinner in the city centre followed by an optional private horse-drawn carriage ride through the illuminated Old Town. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 2: Vienna – Full-Day Excursion to Bratislava

Breakfast at the hotel. A full-day trip today to Bratislava, the capital of neighbouring Slovakia and one of the youngest capital cities in Europe. The scenic drive along the Danube takes about an hour. Explore the medieval Old Town, Bratislava Castle overlooking the river, and enjoy free time for lunch in a local restaurant. Return to Vienna in the evening. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 3: Schönbrunn Palace & Royal Vienna

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, visit the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace — the summer residence of the Habsburgs — with its baroque state rooms and formal gardens. Evening at leisure to enjoy Vienna’s legendary coffee houses, or take an optional half-day city tour along the Ringstrasse to see the State Opera, Hofburg Palace, and Vienna City Hall. Day 4: Vienna to Salzburg — Mozart’s City

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Salzburg by train (or private drive, 2 to 3 hours) through picturesque Austrian countryside. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Explore Mirabell Gardens (famous from “The Sound of Music”), Mozart’s Square, Getreidegasse — Salzburg’s famous shopping street with wrought-iron shop signs — and Salzburg Cathedral. In the evening, walk through Salzburg’s illuminated Old Town and enjoy dinner overlooking the Hohensalzburg Fortress. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 5: Salt Mines of Berchtesgaden

Breakfast at the hotel. Set out on a guided salt mines tour into the Bavarian Alps to the Salt Mine at Berchtesgaden. Enjoy live commentary from an expert guide during the scenic bus journey along the Alpenstraße and up to the Obersalzberg. The four-hour tour includes an underground adventure through the working salt mine. Return to Salzburg for the evening at leisure. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 6: Excursion to Hallstatt

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Hallstatt around noon on a direct route from Salzburg. The scenic 90-minute drive passes through the villages of Fuschl, St. Gilgen and Strobl. Enjoy 2.5 hours in Hallstatt — a UNESCO World Heritage lakeside village with pastel houses, an alpine church spire, and dramatic mountains reflected in the emerald lake. The return route to Salzburg passes through Gosau, Russbach and Abtenau. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 7: Drive to Zell am See

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and drive to Zell am See, a beautiful Alpine lakeside town about 90 minutes away. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, walk along the Lake Zell Promenade, explore the charming Old Town, and visit Elisabeth Park for lake and mountain views. Optional family activities include pedal boating, a short lake cruise, or lakeside playgrounds for children. Enjoy a sunset walk along the waterfront and a family dinner overlooking the lake. Day 8: Glacier & Mountain Adventure at Kitzsteinhorn

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day excursion to Kitzsteinhorn, one of Austria’s most spectacular glacier destinations. Ride the glacier cable car up to Gipfelwelt 3000 — the “Top of Salzburg” — at over 3,000 metres above sea level. Visit the National Park Gallery cut through the mountain, and enjoy a snow experience even in the height of summer. Return to Zell am See for the evening at leisure. Overnight in Zell am See.

Day 9: Zell am See to Innsbruck — Nordkette Cable Car

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and transfer to Innsbruck by private vehicle or train (approximately 2 hours 20 minutes). Check-in at your Innsbruck hotel. In the afternoon, ride the Nordkette Cable Car for the roundtrip to the Top of Innsbruck — from the medieval city centre up to a 2,300-metre viewpoint over the Alps in less than 30 minutes. Day 10: Full Day at Swarovski Kristallwelten

Breakfast at the hotel. A full day at the world-famous Swarovski Kristallwelten (Crystal Worlds) at Wattens, just outside Innsbruck. Explore the crystal-themed art installations, the Chambers of Wonder, the mirrored courtyard, and the enchanting gardens. Return to the hotel for the evening at leisure. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 11: Departure via Munich

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and transfer by private vehicle from Innsbruck to Munich Airport (approximately 2 hours 15 minutes). Board your evening flight to India. End of our services.
